• Products are shipped within Singapore, Malaysia and International by best means available.
• Please allow 7-14 business days for delivery.
• Please note for shipping purposes, batteries are classed as hazardous goods and must be sent using hazardous
chemical couriers. These couriers do not deliver as frequently as regular couriers, so please allow about 4 weeks
for battery deliveries.
• For Singapore, the cost of shipping is Free.
• For shipping outside Singapore, please contact us prior to placing your order. Overseas orders can also be paid by
direct deposit or wire transfer into our bank account. Insurance of item(s) is offered as an optional extra during the
Energy Plus order and payment (checkout) process.
• For international order, in most cases, duties and taxes will be due upon delivery, and must be paid to the carrier in
order to receive your product.
• If you refuse the delivery, you will be charged for transportation charges both to you and returning to us.
Warranties & Returns
• All products carry full manufacturer's warranties, and in any situation where the products fail to perform as
specified, you are entitled to an exchange upon return.
• We also offer a seven-day money back guarantee on all purchases, except battery purchases.
• If you change your mind about a purchase, you may return it within seven (7) days for a full refund (less shipping).
• Goods must be returned at the customer's expense, in unmarked, original condition and packing, complete with all
documentation, accessories etc.
• All returns and warranty repairs must be accompanied by your Sales Receipt.

If you are not comfortable with entering your credit card details over the internet, contact us and we can arrange an alternative method of payment.
